Jack-Up Products

The lift and roll system consists of rollers units with pancake cylinders mounted on top. This design comes with a range of sizes and includes a mechanical lock system (can be hydraulic if required).

We offer a range of chain hoists from 30T to 75T capacity and special purpose handling equipment if required.

BOP skidding or other subsea equipment can provided to suit layout and client preferences.

We offer a range of CTU's to suit applications, vertical loads and requiring stroke lengths.

We offer 2 standard power units, GPO (general power unit) used for cantilever skiddin and other intermittent usage, and the CPO (centralized power unit) if a hydraulic package is required. Power units can be air cooled or sea water cooled.

The HP 5000 pipehandler has the ability to pick the tubular up from within the cantilever or behind the cantilever and deliver the tubular to the drillfloor. The HP 5000 can handle all tubulars up to 20" diameter, 40' long and weighing up to 5 metric Tonnes. It has a single pipe delivery and incorporates loading trays on either side of the unit. It is removeable should manual handling become necessary.

We offer 2 systems, the Posilok skid unit for larger Jack Ups which uses inverted rollers for load bearing. The Posilok has a central locking pin making sure that a pair of pins are engaged at all times. The Unilok system is used for smaller cantilevers and with bearing plates.
